CEER Workshop on Guaranteed Green
19 June 2015, CEER Brussels, Cours Saint-Michel 30a (5th floor), 1040 Brussels

Workshop information

This event brought together customers and companies interested in sustainability and in buying “green” electricity, the European Commission, customer representative bodies, regulators and the bodies who certify the “Guarantee of Origin”.

At this “Guaranteed Green” event, we discussed the importance of having a robust electricity disclosure system for creating a voluntary, consumer-driven market for renewables and regulators’ recent recommendations on how to make the electricity disclosure system more transparent and consistent so that customers can make decisions based on information they can trust.

Format: panel with 4 panelists (AIB, industry, EC and BEUC) and 1 moderator (from CEER)

Target audience: Member States, policy makers, consumer organisations, DSOs, TSOs, local communities, municipal / civic authorities and governments.
