ERGEG Workshop on Supplier Switching in Electricity and Gas Retail Markets

Location: CRE premises, 2 rue du Quatre Septembre, Paris France
The workshop concentrates on practical experiences and lessons learned in the field of supplier switching. It is a major opportunity to hear from customer representatives, energy regulators and industry, in order to gain a fuller understanding of the state of play of the various situations of switching processes throughout Europe. The workshop is also intended to pave the way for the Citizens’ Energy Forum to be held on 27-28 October 2008, where supplier switching will be a major issue.
