Continuity of Supply Regulation 2008

This two-day workshop brought together regulators from 22 European countries to share their experiences on the issue of continuity of supply regulation, and more specifically policies regarding customers' willingness to pay for a certain level of quality of supply and/or accept compensation when that quality is affected.
