Registration Open: CEER Workshop on Emerging Issues in Network Tariffs on 19 October

The Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER) has organised a Workshop on Emerging Issues in Network Tariffs, from 9:45 to 15:00 on Friday, 19 October 2018 at the CEER premises in Brussels. The workshop will address several issues, including the future direction of network tariff structures and case studies of new tariff structures to address new challenges in distribution systems. Another topic will be how to recover the long term fixed costs of network infrastructure with declining use, more self-generation, local energy initiatives etc. With confirmed speakers from academia, the Energy Community, the European Commission, national regulatory authorities, industry, a consumer organisation and think tanks it is expected to be an interesting and useful discussion. There will be a break-out session and Q&As so that all can participate in this workshop that will be used by energy regulators to consider these issues in the future.

Participation is free of charge, but registration is mandatory. Places are limited.

Please register online here as soon as possible. On that event webpage you will find a draft agenda for the day.

We look forward to seeing you at the CEER Secretariat.
