CEER's Public Hearing on “Data Management for Better Retail Market Functioning" took place at the CEER premises, in Brussels (Cours Saint Michel 30a, 1040 Brussels) on 22 September 2014.

This event complements CEER's consultation on “Draft Advice on Data Management for Better Retail Market Functioning”. The paper sets out draft advice (in the form of 14 recommendations) on how customer meter data management should be developed at present as well as in the future, with and without smart metering and smart grids.

During the Public Hearing, CEER presented the initial results of the public consultation and sought further input from stakeholders, before finalising its advice.
