Our series of Clean Energy Regulatory White Papers (some joint ACER-CEER, others CEER-only) outline regulators' positions on the Clean Energy legislative proposals. The aim of these White Papers on wholesale, network and consumer issues is to deepen understanding of the proposals contained in the “Clean Energy for All Europeans” legislative package.

Our Regulatory White Papers follow on from our Overview Paper - initial ACER-CEER reactions to European Commission's Clean Energy proposals published in January 2017 which broadly welcomes the Commisison's (Nov. 2016) legislative proposals.
