The forum is a joint initiative of the Energy Union Law Area of the Florence School of Regulation (European University Institute RSCAS), Bundesnetzagentur and the Council of the European Energy Regulators (CEER), designed to produce a meaningful dialogue on the impact of regulatory developments and the challenges of implementation for regulators, from both a legal and economic perspective. Each year the forum has brought together a wide audience with representatives from EU institutions and regulatory authorities alongside academics, members of industry and energy-focused law firms and consultancies. We want to continue to build upon the success of the initiative and, with your involvement, create a lively and engaging debate.

This year, the forum will take place at the CEER offices in Brussels (Cours Saint-Michel 30a (5th floor) 1040 Brussels) and focus on three themes – Dynamic Regulation to Enable the Digitalisation of the Energy System, System Integration – the Renewable Energy Challenge, and Redesigning Regulation.
