Identifying good regulatory practices on the quality of supply in electricity and gas grids is an important part of energy regulators’ work in promoting well-functioning and competitive energy markets and protecting consumers across Europe.
The Council of European Energy Regulators and the Energy Community Regulatory Board held their first webinar on 2 February 2023 to present the 7th Benchmarking Report on Quality of Electricity and Gas Supply, released last December.
The report compiles data from energy regulatory authorities of 39 countries and provides findings and associated recommendations to maintain a good quality of all dimensions of electricity and gas supply for customers across Europe.
A second webinar will be held in the coming months for selected stakeholders to give feedback on the report and for an in-depth Q&A session.
