Conditions in European Countries

Within the scope of their regulatory responsibilities, and given recent discussion and policy initiatives linked to promoting energy infrastructure investments, CEER provides again an overview of the role of energy regulation in the overall investment environment.
Therefore the Investment Conditions Report 2017 outlines key elements used in energy regulation to assess value-for-money, efficiency and returns on investments for energy network infrastructure across Europe in the year 2017.
Overall the report provides a survey of investment conditions in 25 European countries persisting on 1 January 2017. That means it pictures conditions as they are in force for the year 2017.
