How can dynamic regulation stimulate innovation? Why is it important to discuss dynamic regulation in the current context of the energy market? And what exactly does dynamic regulation stand for?
The Council of the European Energy Regulators (CEER) is hosting a webinar for members and stakeholders to shed light on these questions and present their recent work on dynamic regulation and regulatory sandboxes.
Together with OECD Senior Policy Analyst Miguel Amaral, CEER will discuss the recent Report on NRA’s Experiences and Recommendations on Dynamic Regulation and Report on Regulatory Sandboxes in Incentive Regulation.
The conversation will draw on the OECD’s Recommendation for Agile Regulatory Governance to Harness Innovation, assess the existing dynamic regulation tools and various projects in EU Member States, and provide recommendations on lessons learnt.
