The International Confederation of Energy Regulators (ICER) runs a global e-mentoring progamme for women. It enables mentors and mentees to learn from someone outside of their immediate work environment.

All staff of ICER's energy national regulatory authorities (NRAs) and Regional Regulatory Associations (RRAs).
We offer peer-to-peer mentoring for Executive level (Board members, Commissioners) staff.
We invite both men and women to become mentors to the women mentees.
