With all the Electricity Network Codes and Guidelines adopted, energy regulators have to deal with the challenges related to their implementation in order to meet the deadlines for a quick and efficient harmonisation of the European Electricity Markets.
Level B: Specialised Course
Experts from National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) with general background or previous experience in Electricity Network Codes and Guidelines who would like to improve or update their knowledge and expertise in order to succeed with the continuing and emerging challenges of the implementation phase. Other experts from European Institutions (ACER, European Commission) are also invited to attend.

• Explore the processes, obstacles, best practices, cases studies and lessons learned from the implementation of the Forward Capacity Allocation (FCA) Guideline and Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM) Guideline as well as the ongoing and upcoming challenges in the implementation of the Electricity Balancing Guideline and System Operation Guideline.
• Discover the focal points and participate in the interesting discussions on the future Network Code and Guideline implementation, related to regional cooperation and the Clean Energy Package.
Class lessons will count on an exclusive and balanced combination of lecturers - whose daily activities focus on Network Codes and Guidelines implementation - in order to train participants at best.
