This seminar is exclusively designed for NRA Commissioner-level and senior-level staff. This intensive and exclusive 2-day programme provides a unique opportunity for Commissioner-level and senior-level NRA staff to learn and exchange views with the key players at the European Parliament, European Commission, CEER and ACER, including on the “Clean Energy for All Europeans” Package. Participants will have a chance to meet the new CEER President and Board to discuss the roles and vision of NRAs in delivering our energy policy at European and national levels. Participants will also learn from some practical experiences on the governance of NRAs, how other NRAs are organised and their approaches in advising and briefing national Governments and Ministries while safeguarding regulators’ independence.
