Public Consultation on CEER 2027 Work Programme
Each year, CEER prepares its Work Programme to identify priority areas that can strengthen regulation, support well-functioning energy markets and benefit consumers. The CEER 2027 Work Programme is guided by the CEER Strategy 2026-2029 “Ensuring regulatory stability and citizen engagement amidst change to reach the decarbonisation goals efficiently”.
The aim of this public consultation is to gather stakeholder feedback on CEER’s proposed work items for 2027. Stakeholders are invited to share their views on the proposed topics and deliverables, suggest any additions or changes, and highlight any emerging issues or topics that CEER should consider in the 2027 Work Programme or in future work programmes. Stakeholders may also indicate whether they would be interested in discussing their suggestions further or contributing to any of the proposed work items.
The consultation is carried out via a dedicated online questionnaire. No registration or password is required, and only responses submitted through the questionnaire will be taken into consideration.
Respondents who would like any information to be treated as confidential are kindly asked to mark it as confidential in the online questionnaire. All non-confidential responses will be published on the CEER website.
The deadline to submit feedback is Friday, 4 September 2026.
