Monitoring consumer protection and competitive retail markets is a key focus, with a particular emphasis on enabling consumers to engage more effectively in the context of high energy prices. CEER is committed to advancing consumer empowerment and ensuring that energy markets remain competitive and accessible to all.

In collaboration with the European Consumer Organisation (BEUC), CEER works to implement the ASPIRE Principles of the 2030 Vision for Energy Consumers.
