CEER response to the Commission´s public consultation on the MiFID Review

European energy regulators welcome the possibility to comment on the planned revision of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID). We are focusing on issues related to commodity derivatives as electricity and gas trading may be affected by such a revision.
