CEER Work Programme 2025

The Work Programme 2025 outlines CEER's priorities and key actions for the coming year, aligned with the strategic framework of the Empowering Consumers for the Energy Transition Strategy (2022–2025). This programme is designed to address Europe’s pressing energy challenges, with a focus on promoting sustainable, secure, and affordable energy for all.

The Work Programme 2025 focuses on three strategic focus areas:

• Sustainable and efficient infrastructure, energy system integration
• Consumer-centric dynamic regulation
• Well-functioning markets

The 2025 Work Programme comprises 14 reports, and 4 key activities that collectively support CEER’s mission to advance the energy transition and foster collaboration among stakeholders.

Additionally, CEER has published the Evaluation of Responses document, offering a comprehensive overview of stakeholder feedback received during public consultations of the Work Programme 2025. This document underscores CEER’s commitment to transparency, inclusiveness, and responsiveness to stakeholder perspectives.
