CEER’s Respond to DG FISMA Consultation on Commodity and Spot Energy Markets

The Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER) welcomes the opportunity to respond to the DG FISMA public consultation on commodity derivatives markets. The Consultation covers a broad array of topics related to both financial and energy market functioning. On behalf of European National Energy Regulators, CEER provides aggregated comments on the topics covered in the Consultation to the extent that they fall within Energy Regulators’ knowledge, competences, or experience.
