Achille Hannoset

Achille Hannoset works in DG ENER's unit for Consumers, Local Initiatives and Just transition as policy and legal officer. Achille is part of the team following up on the implementation of the Electricity Market Directive, Gas Market Directive and the more recent Electricity Market Design reform. He is responsible for topics related to citizen engagement, consumer empowerment and retail markets.
