Kjell Arne Barmsnes

Kjell Barmsnes is the Chair of the ENTSO-E Market Committee since 2021. Before that he was engaged in market development work in the Nordics and between the Nordics and Continental Europe. He has also been convenor of ENTSO-Es work on Ancillary Services, including electricity balancing.
