CEER launches public consultation on 2027 Work Programme

CEER is launching today a public consultation to gather feedback on its draft 2027 Work Programme.

CEER presents its Work Programme on an annual basis to tackle the evolving challenges posed by energy market developments. Our primary aim is to identify topics that will strengthen regulation and improve the functioning of energy markets to the benefit of consumers. The draft 2027 Work Programme is developed under the CEER Strategy 2026-2029, and is structured around its three strategic priorities: optimising market-oriented solutions, empowering and protecting consumers, and deepening the integration of a decarbonised energy system.

Stakeholders are invited to share their views on whether the draft Work Programme puts forward the right topics and deliverables, to suggest emerging issues CEER should address in this or future work programmes, and to comment on the individual work items. CEER is also open to discussing suggestions further - respondents interested in a follow-up exchange are welcome to leave their contact details in the questionnaire.

This public consultation will be open until Friday, 4 September 2026. It is carried out through a dedicated online questionnaire. No login is required.
