Registration is now open for the CEER Webinar on Enabling Biomethane Integration in Europe’s Gas Markets, taking place online on Thursday, 4 December 2025, from 13:00 to 14:00 CET.
This webinar will present the findings of CEER’s new report “NRAs’ Reflections on Enabling the Injection and Access to the Wholesale Market of Biomethane”.
The report assesses how NRAs are implementing the Gas Decarbonisation Package - covering network access, connection costs, tariff discounts, and trading frameworks for biomethane.
The session will also feature perspectives from the European Commission (DG ENER) and GD4S, who will reflect on the policy context and practical challenges in scaling up biomethane as part of the EU’s decarbonisation goals.
