CEER opens consultations on its Strategy 2026-2029 and 2026 Work Programme
Today, CEER launches a public consultation on two key documents: the CEER Strategy 2026-2029 and the CEER 2026 Work Programme.
CEER invites stakeholders to provide feedback on its Strategy 2026-2029 “Ensuring regulatory stability and citizen engagement amidst change to reach the decarbonisation goals efficiently”, which sets out a forward-looking vision. The Strategy identifies three core priorities: optimising market-oriented solutions, empowering and protecting consumers, and deepening the integration of a decarbonised energy system.

In parallel, CEER is consulting on its 2026 Work Programme, which translates the new Strategy into a set of concrete work items for the year ahead. Stakeholder input will help ensure that the proposed deliverables are well aligned with the strategic direction and deliver tangible regulatory value.

Both consultations are open until 22 August 2025, and CEER will host a public webinar on 4 July 2025 to present the documents, answer questions, and hear early feedback.
