Public Consultation on CEER 2026 Work Programme
CEER has launched a public consultation to gather feedback on its 2026 Work Programme.
CEER presents its Work Programme annually to address the evolving challenges in the energy sector. The aim is to identify priority areas that can strengthen regulation and improve energy market functioning to the benefit of all consumers. The CEER 2026 Work Programme is guided by the new CEER Strategy 2026-2029 “Ensuring regulatory stability and citizen engagement amidst change to reach the decarbonisation goals efficiently”, which is also currently open for public consultation.
The consultation is open until Friday, 22 August 2025 and is conducted through a dedicated online questionnaire.
Following the public consultation period, CEER will publish all responses received from stakeholders that were not marked as confidential.
To support the consultation process, CEER hosted a public webinar on 4 July 2025, where both the CEER 2026 Work Programme and Strategy were presented, and stakeholders had the opportunity to ask questions and share their views.
